We arrived at 2:45 p.m. for our reservation and waited until after 4 p.m. for our sandwiches to be served, and they were cold too... We didn't even get an apology for the long wait, nor any explanation... We all went to the restaurant in its old location and were sure we would like it, but we left very unhappy.
